Probably best known as the long-recurring character SKINNY PETE on the hit AMC show “Breaking Bad”; Charles Baker’s life and career are far more varied than his comedic meth addict alter ego might suggest. Born in Washington but raised in Hawaii, Charles had traveled the world by the time he was 17. Being the son of a well-known army colonel, Charles has a background that echoes his extensive travels. He studied theater in both London and Texas, where he ended up spending the majority of his early career, and where much of his family is still based.
In addition to Breaking Bad, Charles has been in numerous well-regarded indie films including the Sundance hit “Ain’t Them Bodies Saints”, the Terence Malick-directed feature “To The Wonder”, and the highly popular television movie “Temple Grandin”. Now based in Los Angeles with his wife and 3 children, Charles was also a recurring character on the hit NBC show “The Blacklist”, and the Stephen Bochco-produced “Murder In The First”. He reprised the role of Skinny Pete in El Camino, and starred in Alterscape.
